    Mid-Atlantic Coca-Cola had announced they are closing bottling plants in York, PA and Winchester, VA. They are moving the work to Harrisburg, Hagerstown, or Baltimore.
    I think the Winchester plant was the last to have Coke in real glass bottles at least through the 80's.

    Yeah, sad to see them go, but with the acquisition of Central Coke by CCE, there are really just too many offices in this area.

    Lemoyne (Harrisburg) and Hagerstown will pick up a bulk of the work. I can't see Hanover MD (Baltimore) going that far up, really. Staunton VA will also pick up some of the Winchester territory.
