how many servings (8 ounces) of soda (includes snapples, redbulls, gatorades, etc) do you drink a day?

    (include "diet" versions)

(does not include "natural" drinks like flavored water, juices, chocolate milk, etc.)

i drink about 7-8 servings per day (almost all of which is diet/zero).

I drink one 20 ounce bottle of dr Pepper in the morning and MAYBE a glass for either lunch or dinner. Usually it is either water or iced tea.
If what you did yesterday still looks big, you haven't done much today.

I usually have a 24 oz. fountain drink for lunch and maybe a can or 20 oz. later in the day. I guess that would add up to between 4-6 servings per day.

In Chi Town the local black and white colored cows produce chocolate milk. LOL

Seriously everything from the first electron to the edge of the universe is "natural" Everything and anything is natural. IMO natural is the very first ray of light that gleams upon my morning eyes and ending with my first breath of sleep.

Usually a 6.5 oz. Coke and some other 12 oz. drink. So I guess a little over 2.
