Yeah.. I had them almost a year ago when I was travelling through the south. Coke Consolidated (#2 Coke bottler) had it all over the place. 6 pack cans, 2 Liters, 20oz.. and even the mini 8oz cans. Cherry is pretty good.. Melon ROCKS.

Yep, they've had it here for a while.. I dont know when they will go national, I thought it was going to be this summer. Anyways the Melon is the best drink out of this whole new batch of "alternative" drinks. It is really a superb drink. The cherry is great too, although its not too original. Regular MY has a more intense, sweet taste, so mix that with some cherry flavor and there ya go - very nice drinks indeed.

Mellon is great, Coke did something good with an otherwise mediocre brand.

I picked up a six-pack each on my way through Lafayette, Louisiana a few months ago. I thought Mello Yello Cherry was kind of ordinary. Better than Code Red, though. The Melon is great, though. I don't care about seeing regular Mello Yello or Cherry around here, all I want is the Melon. Too bad we won't get it. Mello Yello has been tried 3 times in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and didn't sell. My local Coke rep told me there's almost no chance of seeing it here again.

Shatter, do you have any Coke citrus sodas in your area? If they aren't going to carry MY or Surge there's not much left on their menu. Do they have Citra down there?

Coke Consolidated sells SunDrop, Diet Sundrop, and Cherry Lemon Sundrop in some of their franchise territory. Not that that has anything to do with Dallas, lol.. CCE carries Squirt in some areas, too.

Yep, we have Citra around here. We also sell Fresca. And up until recently we also had Lemon and Pink Grapefruit Fanta. I think my store still has some 4-packs of Pink Grapefruit lying around.
