Hi! I have a small beverage business I currently run from my home. Demand is exceeding supply, and I need to make the next step toward production, which would be co-packing/co-bottling. My beverage is made in a similar way to root beer, so I need a co-packer/co-bottler that can "hot fill" and I also need this beverage to be pasteurized. I also need this facility to be located in Northern California. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

Hot fill, I believe. I'm new to this, so I'm not sure about the terminology. I have a hot liquid that needs to be filled into 12oz beer bottles, capped, and then pasteurized.

There is a bottler right there in American Canyon. I will try and recall the name and let you know. But they bottled Sobe there for a while and many smaller, upstart companies.
