I've seen Coca-Cola Citra mentioned on these forums before. Does anyone know if it's still being manufactured? Is it/was it available anywhere other than Mexico? Does anyone have a picture of a can? I'm trying to find some information about it for the Coca-Cola Citra Wikipedia page.

Coca-Cola Citra is Coca-Cola with a hint of Lime, it was released in March 2005 in both versions: Regular and Light... here are some pics from www.coca-colamexico.com.mx

    Coca-Cola Citra Light pic

Here in Aguascalientes is not available anymore...(although Coca-Cola Citra Light in slim can is still available in some grocery stores but soon it will disappear) and neither in Leon, but I have the same question as you... if it is still manufactured or if it's still on sale in other cities of Mexico...cause in the recently updated Embotelladoras ARCA website, Citra is still mentioned ( www.e-arca.com.mx )...

Coca-Cola with Lime was released in a lot of countries: U.S., Australia, Canada, etc. but with the trademark Coca-Cola Citra was also released in New Zealand too...

Thanks for the pictures. I wonder if Coke Citra and Coke with Lime are essentially the same thing, the way Diet Coke is branded as Coca-Cola Light in other countries. At least one person on this forum has said that Coke Citra tastes better than Coke with Lime, but the taste of regular Coke varies between countries, so maybe it's the same thing with Coke Citra/Coke with Lime.

The concept is the same: Coca-Cola with Lime and Coca-Cola Citra are Coke with a hint of lime... but the flavor... oh man! the flavor is soooo different... I can tell you cause I tried both versions: the american Coke with Lime and the mexican Coke Citra, and the mexican had a real lime taste, while Coke with Lime has an artificial lime taste...

Citra, in the United States, can now be found as FANTA CITRUS. It is only available in limited markets, I have yet to see any. As Ramon said, it can be found around Mesico. If I'm not mistaken, I beleive that the Mexican version of FRESCA is actually Citrs. In the USA, Fresca is made with artifical sweeteners and is more of a diet citrus soda. I think you can find it in Tijuana and I have seen it(FRESCA) in some hispanic grocers here in Los Angeles.

Coca-Cola Citra is similar to Coke w/ Lime.. Citra aka Fanta Citrus is a whole different drink.

Fusion is right... and the mexican version of Citra (or Fanta Citrus) is Fresca...
