    packaging isnt going to matter all that much when pepsi puts a bunch of money behind pushing lifewater.

    Smart move on Pepsi part even tho I think they would have won their case. Still seems likely the product will fail since most reviews seem to suggest it provides nothing new over the more established competition. Surely Pepsi will enter the market with a successfull product at some point but it seems kinda foolish to pump so much money into a product that will prob. die of natural causes (like 85% of all new drinks). Not that its a bad productit just seems like is pretty uninspried and doesnt bring enough to the table to encourage switchers.
