I went to Mexico recently and found a new drink called Manzana Lift. I think that it is exclusively sold in Mexico and not in the U.S. I have not been able to find any information about it online either. Does anyone know where I can get information on purchasing this drink?

Manzana Lift is the apple soda of The Coca-Cola Company sold in México and some other countries like Colombia, Germany, etc. In Mexico you can found it in three flavors: red apple, green apple and golden apple (although some cities from Mexico discontinued the last two), you can see a picture of those flavors here:

    www.manzanalift.com.mx

Here's a description of the product from the corporate site of Coca-Cola Mexico www.coca-colamexico.com.mx :

Traditionally, apple flavor had an important place in the preference of mexican people, so Coca-Cola didn't hesitate in create a beverage to please the mexican consumers. So in 1995 relesed Manzana Lift. Plus México, this delicious drink is sold in countries like Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Albania, Bulgaria, Germany, Colombia, Costa Rica and Chile.

The most memorable advertising campaign in the entir history of Manzana Lift was the one from Manzana Lift Green Apple, that campaign strengthed considerably its leadership in the apple soda segment.

The changes in the image kept it updated and the packaging design has changed in order to find a better association with the apple.

With Manzana Lift Golden the brand could maintain itself as a leader in its segment, offering one more time a new apple flavor that accomplishes with loyalty to the attributes of this fruit.

You can find it at some Hispanic grocery stores in the US. I picked up a few 500ml bottles a few months ago.

Sidral Mundet is also a tradition here in Mexico, although it doesn't have a wide availability, few years ago, this brand was acquired by Coca-Cola FEMSA, the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Mexico, and also released flavor sodas like Tamarindo, Pineapple, Lemon and Tutti-Frutti under the name "Tradicionales Mundet" that are available in the states of Guanajuato, Morelia, Puebla, Veracruz and Mexico City.

In U.S.A., Mundet is manufactured and distributed by Novamex ...

Maybe I think that the reason because it's not available in some hispanic stores is because in Monterrey, where Coca-Cola products in glass bottles are sent to U.S., Lift it's not available, instead of Lift there's apple Joya ...

Manzana Lift was released here in L.A. as "Manzana Mia" about 5 years ago. It was discontinued pretty quickly though. I still have a can of it that I kept.

There is also Fanta Apple, but it doesn't taste the same as Manzana Lift. The apple flavor is much stronger.

IMO Manzana Lift tastes better than Manzanita Sol and Sidral Mundet... Manzana Lift tastes like carbonated apple juice... but also Manzanita Sol green apple tastes good too...
