For those who live near an IKEA outlet, I just read that apparently the soft drink "Julmust" will be available at all IKEA outlets throughout the entire year, starting in March. Anyone heard of this, or can confirm it? If true, will anyone try it?

And for those who don't know what Julmust is, check this out.

Kristall makes one http://www.kristallbeverage.com/KBJulmust.html I'd try it if I ever came across a bottle.

I just found a site where you can order julmust and some other Swedish sodas online. Go to "Scandinavian Food" and then scroll down to "Swedish soft drinks", there they have a selection of various Swedish sodas including julmust.

    I know what it is...gross!

Seriously, my brother lived in Sweden, and went crazy when he found some in a Scandinavian shop locally. He gave me a sip and...PASS. An acquired taste, I'm certain.

I did forward him the link, though. Thanks!

Yeah I bet it tastes a bit weird for those who aren't used to it.

But on that site I do recommend Jaffa Orange, it's a pretty good orange soda (and it contains real orange juice, no artificial crap like American Fanta) and it's my favorite of those sodas listen on that site.

Well for those curious to try something different, that site can come in handy.

My brother emailed me back, and he was stoked to see all of the Swedish food. I'll have to ask him if he has tried Jaffa Orange.
