Bartender or BOTTLE OPENER?

The question has been raised in other threads ...
"Bartender or Can Opener"?
reason behind this is the time spent in opening 100s of lil energy drink cans. Maybe a second or two per drink totally out a few minutes saved per night? Thats if the customer agrees to something other than RB.
Well it was really never asked Bartender or Bottle Opener.
So I propose this. Every club/bar can be like that Casino in Vegas that has every imaginable drink on a gun. Then we can put all the beers on tap! But before we do all that there has to be hundreds and hundreds of feet of lines ran, all kinds of construction, then every club/bar would have to hire a Mixologist to be able to maintain the mixtures, lines, etc.

Accutally I being a smarta$$, and just trying to prove a point that everything edude has preached and promoted about his BIB goes against the way SP is served! Its kinda funny seeing him squirm after hes been caught in a hypocretical sales pitch!

LOL !!!!! Toby you crack me up you are either trying to be funny or the dumbest man on the planet. Even if you do compare SumPoosie with RB and pouring you would still be able to do it faster and easier because it comes in a 12oz. beer like bottle, so you get 50% more product and would have to open much fewer than you would with RB! But that is not the point and know one here cares because I am comparing RB with BIB because of pouring. POURING !!! Bartenders are POURING out of little cans my point is that it seems silly to be doing so and BIB is the answer to their complaints. The point is I give the customer and the bar OPTIONS!!! Do you want to pour from a large 12oz. botttle or BIB ??? RB does not give you any options.......you want a lot??? keep opening cans says RB.... Silly Toby ......silly..... [img]tongue.gif[/img]

So a 12 oz bottle pours faster than an 8oz can. Now you also have extra product laying around because you said they will have extra to make other drinks. And its ok to give the choice of 12oz or BIB, but not 8oz or BIB?

Ron.... Come on!!! I would love to see every bar and night club with RB, SumPoosie, and a BIB! Choice!!! My point continues to be an 8oz. can is not for every situation or is it? Is Pepsi and Coke stupid for offering different choices depending on how much you want to buy and enjoy? You think it is ok in every situation to just have an 8oz. can? It is very expensive and bars will be able to lower their cost by 75%. If they can save 50,000 they will. Guns were invented and are used around the country for a reason. Apply it to Soda, Juices, Energy it all works and always has. Heaven Forbid you replace opening cans of RB with the simplicity and cost effectiveness of a gun. It was done for Soda, Juice, water, but hey!!!!!!!!!!! you can't do it for energy drinks??????

Edude, Im not debating if BIB is good for bars or not, Im just not possitive it will be a big hit. I am wondering why the way you talk up your BIB goes against the way you talked up Sum Poosie.

BIB and SumPoosie are 2 different products from 2 different companies. SumPoosie is a great tasting energy drink that comes in a collector bottle. Even when pouring from it 10 bottles make 30 drinks. 10 little cans make 20. But the easiest and most cost effective thing to do is have it in the gun. Its all about choice and convenience. I have several clubs that serve only SumPoosie and no other energy drink... they say we don't need to we serve SumPoosie. What happens is they hand over the whole bottle because most customers ask for it. Do they pour too yes and because it is 50% larger than the little can they do not have to open nearly as many. But people almost always want the bottle.

How many clubs say they don't need any energy drink besides Red Bull?

Did you tell those bars serving only SP that they'd have more fun with the gun? Are you trying to get SP kicked out in favor of BIB?

If the trend is changing, I'm sure it wont be long before all the category Leaders, pull out there BIB version,

If Pepsi or Coke decides to package BIB, Then say goodbye to any open spots on the gun.

Or RB will Buy up all the open lines from PEPSI/Coke ( They will offer enough money)

Pepsi/Coke will make more money renting/selling lines to other energy drinks companies, Then they do selling their own energy off the shelf.
