    Default I'm a Pepper!

I was in Valley, AL today and I saw this Dr. Pepper 6-pk at Super Wal-Mart, $1.25/pk or $5.00/case. I bought two cases, thought it was pretty neat. I had never seen them like this before.

They were produced in College Park, GA and expire April 7th, 2008.

Wow. So many old Dr P logos. It almost makes me want to be a Pepper, too.

Yes, sadly it is HFCS. I saw the packaging and thought, "OMG-- I'm fixing to buy the whole pallet" but after a quick check of the can, I only bought two cases.

Dr Pepper is planning three different 12 oz retro cans this year.

I understood from the information that I got at the Dr Pepper Collectors Club Convention in March that it was a national promotion. The three designs I saw were the Candy Stripe can from the 50's, the King of Beverages design used on some 100th anniversary cans, and the I'm a Pepper can. I have not seen any of the actual cans here in the Chicago area. There was no mention at the convention of the 16 oz old Doc can that came out earlier this year from Coke canners. Dr Pepper is canned here in Northwest Indiana by Pepsi.

No, Sadly the ones in Columbus are the same ones that you had in July with HFCS. Like USA SODA said there are three cans coming out.
