You are correct -- they are Philadelphia Coke served areas. Philadelphia sells CF Diet, but not CF regular. I'm thinking areas in western PA or WV that are served by DPSUBG would be the closest places you'd find CF regular.

We get the full line of Dr Pepper here. Guess that is what you get when you are in a huge Dr Pepper market.

Are all the brands available in all packages?

CF regular is impossible to find around here until you hit western Maryland. CCE doesn't do it in NY, Philadelphia Coke doesn't do it, Abarta Coke doesn't do it, PBG-Baltimore MD doesn't, PBV-Salisbury MD doesn't, and so on.

I've never seen CF regular in cubes/slabs or 24oz or 16.9oz 6pks, either.

I'm of the opinion that Dr Pepper tastes better out of a bottle. But I'd go broke buying 20oz of CF regular.

Anyplace to find CF Dr Pepper between NYC and Atlanta, perhaps along I-95 or I-85? I know it is available in the Roanoke area of Virginia along I-81, but does anyone know if it is available in Richmond, Raleigh, Baltimore, Charlotte, etc?

Hmm.. I don't think so.

The only option I could think of would be:

Get off of 95 before you hit Baltimore, onto the Baltimore beltway (695). Take this west, towards Towson. Then, get on 70 West to Frederick, and pick up your CF Dr Pepper. Then, get on 270 South to DC, and then take the DC Beltway (495) South and this will get you back to 95 South.

If you're interested in seeing DC, it would be a nice side trip. Frederick is also somewhat interesting.. we have other posts about our finds there on other threads.

Your other option would be a completely different route.

You're from MA, correct? 90W to 84W to 87S to 287S to 78W to 81S to 77S to 85S to Atlanta.

From NYC you'd just take the Holland Tunnel to 78W, and continue the above directions from there.

I'm personally not a big 95 fan. You get stuck in traffic in the NYC area, you have to get on the NJ Turnpike, pay additional tolls in NJ and DE, and then either take the beltway around Baltimore or a tunnel, and yet another toll. Then you have to get on the DC Beltway for part of the ride as well.

The other way is generally quieter. And coming from the NYC area, the only tolls would be the tunnel and then there's a 50¢ toll at the NJ/PA border on 78.
