    Default sugar prices

seem headed to the moon. Anyone here know to what degree (how substantial) this affects the bottom line for ED companies? Or more specifically, for Monster; I am a HANS investor. Thanks in advance for any thoughts/ informed perspective.

Due to commodity pricing and the way inventory is purchased I am sure that Hansen has built in some sort of "buffer" for the fluctuation. Moreover, I am sure they have a "limit" when it comes to what is acceptable to maintain margin.
If the limit is reached and stays above the limit for a predetermined amount of time i.e. quarter, 2 quarters, etc, then hansens will most likely have devices in place to raise the price of their products at the wholesale level.
Every company is different, you just have to know where they set the bar.
Whether you think can or think you can\'t, you\'re probably right!

Default I locked in my price 6 months ago !!!

Sugar is the main ingredient in our drinks and I am sure many like me locked in their price a while ago. I have no worries until April.
