Crystal Pepsi returning to the United States
Limited time, sweepstakes driven I believe.
Hopefully it's successful and a more widespread international release hits in Summer 2016.

Well, it's out here. Picked up some at the store today.
It tastes much as I remember it - but I wasn't aware until I looked at the label that they went and added caffeine, and a preservative, to it. That kind of changes how I personally perceive it, as back then, I always treated it as an alternate to other caffeine-free drinks, and not as an alternate to Pepsi.
The graphics, well... It's no secret that I haven't cared for Pepsi's graphic design department since the logo change a few years ago. So they had to tweak the logo... I understand why, I guess. They don't want to create something that could be claimed as a decades-old product, so they made it noticeably different, but it still looks like crap to me. And they didn't even bother to put a ® in the Pepsi lettering like it had back in 1992... to me that screams that they know how badly they mucked it up.
I found I still had a sun-baked Crystal Pepsi vending machine insert from the early 90s, as well as a (drained) original can:
And the ingredients labels between the two:

So far I've only found it at Walmart and Grocery Stores. Haven't seen it at any gas stations. As for the drink itself, I can not believe how good it is. It tastes better than regular Pepsi IMO. It isn't as harsh on the throat, not as much of that odd Pepsi flavor, it isn't syrupy and it just feels cleaner when drinking it.
