Washington DC:
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve monthly sales targets
· Identify potential new customers and generating specific sales opportunities
· Make successful sales presentations at Retail and Account level
· Support newly acquired accounts with merchandising programs to drive volume
· Coordinate Weekly Retail activities with DSD and Broker Reps to maximize sales potential
· Ensure successful execution of Promotional activities at retail
· Track sales progress against goals
Job Requirements:
· Must have previous experience selling food or beverages to grocery customers
· Must be an enthusiastic, self-starter comfortable with Cold Calling new customers
· High Energy & competitive spirit in very challenging and fast paced environment
· Organized and well disciplined “Prepared to Sell”
· Enjoys the dynamics of working within a team environment - coachable and flexible
· Must have positive interpersonal communication skills to build successful relationships
· Must have strong problem solving skills and an ability to deal with ambiguity
· Must have excellent customer presence – strong verbal & written communication
· Ideal candidate will have previous experience selling through DSD distributors
· Ideal candidate will have interest in, and knowledge of Natural Foods Stores
New York City Merchandisers:
Job Description: merchandising new and existing accounts. This includes, Point of Sale, ensuring that product position is maintained and or improved in the cooler and shelf. You will be responsible to stocking the shelves and not allowing out of stocks to occur. You will also maintain and improve store level communication with the account.

· Individual must reside in NYC and have a strong working knowledge of the subway system. Car is not required
