Production Manager

A growing Juice company located in the Southern California is searching for a Production Manager. This is the number 2 position in a high volume expanding operation and we are looking for someone that has either already been a plant manager in a juice or beverage operation or who is ready for the next progressive step in their career. We have multiple facilities throughout the US and are most interested in candidates willing to grow when and where the company grows.

• The individual hired will be responsible for overseeing a team of production workers and continuously promote a safe work environment.
• The person will maintain production yields and standards set forth by management and assure daily labor efficiencies are met as set forth by company standards.
• The person assures the inspection of departmental equipment is complete and assures all policies and regulations set forth by the company are adhered to well.
• The person hired will receive a base salary plus bonus opportunity and relocation assistance.
