Territory Manager- New York Metro Area
Candidates must have 2+ years of sales experience in the beverage industry.
Job description:
This position will be based in the New York Metro Area, and will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
The New York Metro Area Manager will be responsible for managing local and regional accounts; developing new accounts; managing the local sales force and interacting daily with our Distributors.
Responsibilities:
Manage current retail accounts
Develop and target new sales opportunities
Execute corporate sales and promotional strategies to achieve sales goals and new account acquisition objectives.
Manage Distributor relationships; Team Build and implement joint market penetration strategies.
Travel with Distributors on crew drives, and special requests as needed.
Coordinate Marketing events; Point of Sale, Samples and Special Events.
Weekly territory reports are required.
Expectations:
Bachelor Degree preferred
2+ years of beverage sales experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft, Excel. PowerPoint and web technologies
Aggressive independent thinker capable of making effective quick decisions.
Travel Required: Mostly NY Metro Area, and regionally as needed.
