SUMMARY:  INTRODUCED, SOLD & INSTALLED! That's how we define a successful sale! Our Independent Sales Representative prospects and sells through to bars, nightclubs and restaurants (on- premise) not yet serviced by our distributors. Demonstrating Roaring Lion's significant value and quality proposition vs. Red Bull, the Independent Rep closes sales and follows through until Roaring Lion gets "hooked-up" on the premises. A sale is complete only upon installation. The successful representative continues to execute bar promotions to reinforce and ensure brand awareness and account support for Roaring Lion throughout their sales territory.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospect and secure appointments to introduce Roaring Lion to new accounts.
  • Demonstrate the value and quality of our product over Red Bull (incredibly convenient, efficient, profitable, with that authentic taste and energy lift!).
  • Obtain a signed purchase order.
  • Deliver outstanding service to our account during the installation cycle, including an account analysis as a preparation for the installation.
  • Make sure the new Roaring Lion client understands how and when the installation process will be handled.Co-ordinate the purchase order and delivery with a Roaring Lion distributor, and set the appointment to install the first bag of Roaring Lion at the client's premises.
  • FOLLOW-UP and FOLLOW-THROUGH to make sure your accounts are satisfied with our product and service, that they are well stocked and re-ordering regularly, and that Roaring Lion Energy Drink maintains high brand awareness and account support.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (descriptions are minimum requirements to enter contract)

  • 2 years of field sales experience; beverage or food sales/installation preferred, but experience in other high energy sales will be considered - Training in our products will be available
  • Knowledge of the local market and developed account relationships is most profitable
  • High energy, integrity, and enthusiasm
  • Aggressive, dependable, imaginative, and self-generating
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; outgoing and friendly
  • Excellent organizational and self-management skills
  • Basic computer knowledge including use of Internet
  • Current driver's license, auto insurance and good driving record
  • Available on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Know how to be self-motivating and your own boss!

COMPENSATION - Able to make $200 or more per new on-premise account. Payment upon each successful new sale/installation, and presentation of your invoice.

Training in our products will be available.
