The position is National Sales Manager and requires someone with a proven skill set to take an emerging brand with compelling attributes to the next level.
This individual would report directly to the CEO and would be responsible for rapidly expanding the brand's presence nationally through the natural, hospitality / food service and retail channels.

Hawaiian Springs Young Natural Artesian Water www.HawaiianSpring.com is bottled at the source on the Big Island of Hawaii.  It is quickly becoming known as one of the best natural waters in the world.  In early 2009, the Company launched its new award winning packaging which has received nothing less than rave reviews throughout the industry.  As being the only exotic sourced natural water produced in America, the brand is establishing itself as a super premium offered at a valued price.  The Company's current distribution is throughout the Hawaiian Islands, select  western mainland natural stores and chains (including Whole Foods Markets) and parts of Asia.

The postion of National Sales Manager is a senior position and requires that the individual has a track record of success in sales.  While prior experience in the preimium bottled water category would be ideal, it is not critical.  The most important qualities a person in this position must have are:
1) honesty
2) integrity
3) proven sales skills
4) self-motivation
5) tenacity for success

The job would require being based in the southern California area (ideally Orange County) and would entail whatever travel would become necessary to reach sales objectives.
