Job Description:  We are a visionary company that is very passionate about the environment and the health of the consumer.  We need a Regional Sales Rep that is looking for a great financial future and to feel good every day about what they are selling and wants to make a positive difference at the same time.

The ideal candidate will have the attributes of a high achiever and an aggressive sales hunter. You will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience working with wholesale distributors and a strong record of success in beverage sales.  He or she will have the ability to drive sales daily, bring on new accounts and expand existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have great local market knowledge, be "hands on" and be able to influence others at all levels.  In addition the candidate must have a strong positive personality, be a "Can Do Person" with very strong "People Skills."    

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for growing case sales within the designated territory
  • 50% travel required within region
  • Must have great local market knowledge and live within the region
  • Grow and manage a regional distribution network
  • Arrange sampling /training and manage marketing programs between supplier and customer
  • Open 15 new accounts per week and expand existing distribution within the region
  • Must be very organized and detailed oriented

Job Skills:

  • Must be strong communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Must be experienced within the beverage segment and have distribution experience
  • Must be high energy team player willing to work hard
  • Ability to organize, execute and build brands
  • Must work well both independently and as a team

Compensation:  We offer competitive starting compensation, including base pay of between $45,000 and $65,000 annually based on experience, monthly car allowance (because you will be using your own vehicle), and yearly bonus potential based on sales success.
