On-Premise Beverage Sales Manager

Background: We are a growing national beverage company that has been in business since 2001 with distribution in 40 + states. Our product rivals and surpasses the industry leader. Our customers are restaurants, taverns, and nightclubs that are in great need of our product.
Position
Summary: Full time Sales Manager position. Primary function is driving of sales through recruitment of new business in the SM’s sales territory.
Job
Responsibilities: New account sales through an introduction-purchase order-installation process. Management of local distributor(s) of our product. Execution of promotional activities. Current account maintenance. Quality control.
Qualifications
& Experience: 2 + years outside sales experience, preferably with some experience in the beverage and/or nightlife industries. Knowledge of the local market and ability to navigate territory effectively. High energy, integrity and professionalism. Solid computer (internet, e-mail, Word, and Excel) and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to self-generate leads and work with little direct supervision. Current driver’s license and clean driving record with reliable and insured vehicle. Ability to work flexible schedule that may include some nights and weekends.
Compensation: Full time Salary (DOE) + Commissions + Bonuses + Incentives. Mileage paid. Health plan and 401K after 120 days. Full training program. 1st year SMs can expect to make in the 35-45K range with potential for more for top producers.
