  5I'm not sure what this person is talking about...I have worked in the promotional/marketing industry since 2003, with literally hundreds of companies/agencies, and On The Mark is by FAR the best agency I have worked with. Not only do they pay on time (usually quicker than expected), but they have very competitive rates, they have exceptional events to work, and the quality of their staff is beyond compare! The staff itself is professional, but not too stiff. They are personable, dedicated, and know what they are doing. I cannot say enough about how great this company is. Neither myself nor my staff (when I managed events through On The Mark) have been "short(ed)" checks. Even the extra expense (when managing) has been paid in full right away. Again, this is a great company, one of the best in the field, and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
