Our patented process roasts, grinds, brews and extracts only the flavor and fragrance component of the coffee bean. The remaining 80% of the bean, which is cellulose (wood), is actually burned as wood energy at a nearby power plant.
We can make extracts from 30:1 to 80:1, any brix, any roast level, to match your current project. Your coffee extract can be Sumatran, Kenyan or any other varietal coffee, and we can roast light, dark, or even darker to get that "ash" note if required. We have a variety of packaging options, with 1000-liter totes the most popular method of shipping to your site or a co-packer site. We are Kosher, Organic certified, and are inspected annually by a third party audit agency, NSF Cook & Thurber.
