The BevNET Live Difference
• Many interactive panels, no long speeches
Featuring a new “Beverage School” session and an awards dinner for BevNET’s “Best of 2009” awards, BevNET Live Winter 2009 builds on the massive success of prior BevNET Live events.
Held at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel in Santa Monica, CA on December 7th and 8th, BevNET Live Winter 2009 is the latest evolution of BevNET’s popular event format. Expanded into a day and a half format, “Beverage School” and BevNET “Best of 2009” Awards dinner will be held on Monday, December 7 and the BevNET Live “main event” will be held on December 8.
Beverage School is a new addition to our event format and will feature a smaller, more intimate format that’s designed for people who are new to the business. It will cover tactical issues, such as finding a flavor house, co-packer, distributors, and capital. Since the nature of this program is informational and educational, Gold–level sponsors will also have the opportunity to participate in the event, and establishing themselves as experts in their field.
BevNET’s 7th annual “Best of” Awards will be presented on the night of December 7th, accompanied a reception and dinner. Gold level sponsors of BevNET Live will also be featured as sponsors of the awards.
The main BevNET Live program will largely follow the same format as our Spring 2009 event. It will feature industry experts, including marketers, consultants, analysts, distributors and investors, who will participate in panel discussions and live Q&A. Speaker announcements will be made starting in mid–August.
BevNET Live will give beverage company leaders the opportunity to hear from industry experts who have a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding the challenges of launching and growing a brand. It will also provide a unique forum for beverage entrepreneurs to gather, exchange ideas, and enhance their marketing and product development strategies.
BevNET Live will focus on ideas and ideals as the key drivers behind beverage company creation, and will suggest ways for companies to implement growth strategies without losing their core entrepreneurial drive. Attendees will be able to be able to tap the expertise of investment professionals who can help groom them to attract money, business owners with inspiring success stories, and the BevNET.com community, which has spent a decade dedicating itself to careful reporting on the fast-moving beverage industry.
