Job Description

 

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and passion for solving problems and creating value for the company and its customers.  Your responsibility will be to drive sales in a multi-state territory and work alongside our distributor partners as well as our retail partners to exceed sales goals and maximize profitability.  You will report to a Regional Sales Manager that will provide leadership and training both internally and externally and represent the company within the industry.

 

Duties

 

Drive sales in existing and new accounts, deliver superior account management, create and execute promotional and merchandising strategies

 

Become a market leader by studying trade outlets and trade factor, knowing existing and potential sales volume, utilizing all sales and marketing resources and monitoriing the competition

 

Assist sales and operations through inventory monitoring, route coverage, delivery and account service/maintenance

 

Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and developing solutions

 

Contribute to the success of the sales team by accomplishing sales goals and lead with the creation and implementation of new ideas

 

Skills/Qualifications

 

Previous sales experience to include:  exceeding sales goals, prospecting, negotiating and closing skills

 

Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for beer

 

Strong work ethic.  The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

 

College Degree preferred

 

Some evening and weekend work may be required
