Job Overview:

The Northeast Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales in the Northeast region. The primary focus of the role is to increasing velocities, expand on store presence in existing accounts and opening new accounts. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive incremental growth and open new accounts in the Northeast.
  • Work with Northeast distributors to optimize current accounts and open new accounts.
  • Create and roll out strategic sales plans to optimize sales and velocities. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors. 
  • Develop incentive programs. 
  • Roll out and maintain POS at a store level. 
  • Run regional distributor table top shows and participate in trade shows.

Qualifications:

Must have 2+ years food and/or beverage industry sales experience.

Must be able to think critically and creatively.

Must be able to be a self-starter and work in a fast-paced, high growth, exciting environment.
