The ACCOUNT MANAGER will be responsible for executing sales, service and promotional plans that deliver growth in profit, volume and share. Ultimately leading to development of our existing and future portfolio in his/her assigned account base and territory.

Position Requirements

 

  • Four Year Undergraduate Degree (preferred) / or
  • 4 Years of B2B selling experience, preferably within the industry
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends for promotions, tastings and festivals.
  • Moderate Travel required.
  • Clean driving record, Reliable transportation

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Obtain and understand the necessary information for proper sales, merchandising and implementation of all retail CRAFT BEER and CRAFT SPIRITS programs across all channels.
  • Be point of contact for all accounts within his/her assigned territory.
  • Work with assigned accounts to determine appropriate par levels and sell in new products with display and promotional activity.
  • Work with the supplier reps and RWB managers to grow share, distribution and space in CRAFT BEER and CRAFT SPIRITS based accounts within specified territroy.
  • Implement the sales, promotional and merchandising strategy in targeted CRAFT BEER and SPIRITS accounts to grow Segment in a mutually profitable relationship between RWB and retailers.
  • Be the champion of the CRAFT BEER and SPIRITS categories for all assigned accounts and within the specified territory
