Duties:

Managing the day-to-day operations with accounting

Using QuickBooks to process PO’s and invoices

Working with vendors to ensure accounts are paid, the correct deductions are handled.

Working with suppliers to ensure orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner.

Managing internal and external auditors to ensure that all documentation required for annual audits and quarterly reviews are complete and accurate.

Skills/Qualifications:

Applicant needs basic order entry and accounting skills. Necessary skills: Data entry skills, organized, attentive to detail, general math skills, productive, independent, dependable, excellent communication skills-written and verbal. Must be familiar with office suites, QuickBooks, Mac operating systems.
