ZAG is continuing to dominate the market with our products and we need a Director of Manufacturing to take the lead on all things technical, QA and efficiencies.

  • Lead all technical services (application, research & development, manufacturing and quality)
  • Increase material/product yields and achieve lowest possible costs

  • Lead QA initiatives including SOP implementation and development

  • Lead and develop reports with measurable goals

  • Source multiple vendors for all processors/bottlers

  • Innovate new products with existing raw materials

  • Increase efficacies of selected materials

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and co-packers

  • Mentor, grow and proactively plan for new staff




  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Past success in product innovation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, extremely detailed and accurate
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills 




In this role you will be a part of the senior executive group, a key decision maker and stakeholder of the business. Your actions, activity, vision, and drive will directly relate to the success of the business and so will your compensation.
