Southeast Bottling & Beverage is a first rate regional beverage bottler looking for an individual that can multitask and be a team player. We are located in a newly remodeled building in Dade City, FL. We bottle all sorts of beverages including vitamin water, teas, juices, energy shots and logo labeled bottled water.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities     

·            Hire, supervise, direct, train, review and coordinate activities of maintenance and facilities staff

           assist production management where needed

·            Implement, administer, maintain, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), job    safety  requirements, and standard operating procedures for the manufacturing, packaging, and holding of dietary supplements

·            Develop facility and maintenance plans including objectives, policies, standards, procedures, goals, activities, and guidelines for monitoring, reporting and correcting problems

·            Identify develop and implement process changes that will improve Quality and profitability

·            Train both maintenance and production employees on proper use and operation of critical pieces of production equipment

·            Ensure compliance with county, state, federal, and/or legal requirements for the manufacturing, packaging, and holding of dietary supplements

·            Review the request for the purchase of new and updated equipment and supplies

·            Monitor Budget for area of responsibility.

Experience, Education, Knowledge, and Training Requirements

·            Self motivated individual, detail oriented and able to work independently

·            Considerable facility and production equipment knowledge

·            Experience in managing a staff

·            Experience in developing long-term quality and performance improvements

·            Experience leading multi-department projects

·            Experience in a nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food and/or manufacturing environment required

·            Able to plan, organize, prioritize, direct, control and lead team to daily objectives

·            Data recording and record maintenance skills required

·            Able to work closely with others in a team environment

·            Computer skills (Microsoft Office) required
