We are interested if you are a MERCHANDISER who has:

·         Minimum 1 year merchandising experience

·         Winning, positive attitude with a professional appearance

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Flawless execution and follow through the servicing and merchandising of accounts

·         Independent, responsible, trustworthy, organized, team player and efficient

·         Perfect driving record and knowledge of territory

·         Must be able to lift at least 20lbs

Hrly Wage: $14-$16 per hour

 

Our FIELD SALES MANAGERS will have a true passion for selling and specific knowledge on how to sell.  We are interested if you have:

·         Three to five years of sales experience with CPG products

·         Winning, positive attitude with a professional appearance

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         The capacity to communicate through voicemail, email, smart phones and proper follow through on issues deemed important to management and our customers

·         Meet or exceed service expectations and fulfilling route management objectives

·         Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new accounts while servicing and improving marketability of our product

·         The Capability to report issues and opportunities related to the competitive market and make suggestions to improve our brand awareness

·          Independent, responsible, trustworthy, organized, team player and efficient

·         Strong organizational, judgment and problem solving skills

·         Excellent sales, negotiation and influencing skills

·         The capabilities to seek out new ideas and exhibit initiative to secure new and additional business

Annual Salary: $45,000-$55,000

 

 SR FIELD SALES MANAGER has All of the traits of the FIELD SALES MANAGER plus:

·         Existing relationships with local key accounts and distributors

·         2+ years of leadership experience

·         Strong computer skills – Excel, Power Point, Word

Annual Salary: $50,000-$60,000
