The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for solving problems and creating value for the company and its customers. Reporting to a Regional Manager, this person will provide leadership and training both internally and externally, and represent the company within the industry.
Your responsibility will be to assist the company in exceeding sales goals and maximizing profitability.
Duties may include the following:
Drive sales in existing and new accounts, deliver superior account management, create and execute promotional and merchandising strategies.
Become a market leader by studying sales outlets and trade factors, knowing existing and potential sales volume, utilizing all sales and marketing resources and monitoring the competition.
Assist sales and operations through route coverage, warehouse work, delivery and account service/maintenance.
Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and developing solutions.
Contribute to the success of the sales team by accomplishing sales goals and lead with the creation and implementation of new ideas.
Previous sales experience to include: exceeding sales goals, prospecting, negotiating and closing skills.
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for beer
High energy and engaging personality
Product knowledge, sales presentation, relationship building and territory management.
Strong work ethic. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
A college degree is preferred.
Some evening and weekend work may be required.
