New ChampionLyte Holdings, Inc. Be-Lyte(R) Foods Subsidiary and Alldiet, Inc. Sign Brokerage Agreement; Alldiet’s Established Distribution Network Gives Be-Lyte(R) Foods Immediate Market Access

ChampionLyte Holdings, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: CPLY) today announced its newly established low-carb subsidiary Be-Lyte(R) Foods has signed a brokerage agreement with Alldiet, Inc. The Company recently announced it has signed an exclusive, three-year agreement with Miami-based Chips, Dips and Beyond for the distribution of various low-carb products under the Be-Lyte(R) brand.

Alldiet, based in Boca Raton, Fla., markets sugar-free products to major health food distributors, drug store chains, supermarket chains and major diet plans. Alldiet represents ChampionLyte(R), the sugar-free sports drink manufactured by ChampionLyte Beverages, Inc., another wholly owned subsidiary of ChampionLyte Holdings, Inc.

In addition, Alldiet represents, on a national basis, Klein sugar-free candies from Switzerland, Heavenly Desserts of Medley, Fla., Ultra Snacks of Miami and Carbo Save Cracker Bread and Cookies of Forest Hills, N.Y.

“Representing Be-Lyte(R) Foods is an excellent fit with our other sugar- free products that are widely known by health conscious consumers around the world,” said Eli Greenstein, president of Alldiet and board member of ChampionLyte Beverages. “Many consumers are now very aware of the benefits of a low-carb diet. I am also actively involved in helping to create a line of products for Be-Lyte specifically for natural and health food industry distributors,” added Greenstein.

“Through Alldiet we will be able to tap into their distribution network, and that’s very important because of the licensing deal with Chips, Dips and Beyond, and Alldiet’s brokerage participation makes the cost of entering the low-carb snack business nominal,” said David Goldberg, president of ChampionLyte Holdings, Inc. “Clearly Alldiet has excellent distribution relationships with major drug store and supermarket chains, health food distributors and major diet plans throughout the United States.”

According to industry trade publication LowCarbBiz, sales of low-carb products are expected to hit $30 billion this year with the average carb- conscious shopper spending about $85 a month on specialty foods.
