Image Innovations Holdings Inc. (OTC BB: IMGV) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Image Innovations Sports & Entertainment, Inc. has signed an exclusive vending machine distribution agreement to sell Red Bull Energy Drink. Image Innovations Sports & Entertainment will have the exclusive distribution rights for the vending machine market in colleges and universities, military installations, stadiums and arenas. The agreement is for five years with automatic renewals thereafter, and Image Innovations will receive $.10 for every can of Red Bull sold through its network.
Red Bull is a pioneer in the energy drink category, the fastest growing segment of the beverage industry, with more than 1 billion cans of Red Bull being consumed each year. The product dominates the multi-billion dollar market with a global market share between 70 to 90 percent while its sector share of the US market is approximately 50 percent.
“The Image Sports & Entertainment distribution system together with our growing team of living sports legends dovetails with the requirements of Red Bull in their marketing thrust and creates an exciting opportunity for both parties,” said Michael Radcliffe, CEO.

Image Innovations will provide the locations and RB Energy, LLC, the owner of the Red Bull brand will provide the vending machines and stock as well as servicing the equipment.
