Go Fast Sports and Beverage Co. Announces Two New Additions to Senior Management Team

DENVER, CO (July 12, 2007) - Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. announced today the addition of two senior executives to their management team. Todd Hellmann joins Go Fast after a 17 year investment banking career, having worked at several global investment banks, including UBS Warburg and JP Morgan. Kevin Nauslar joins the company with more than 26 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, having held senior level positions with Pepsi-Cola, Cadbury Schweppes, Royal Crown and EAS.



Todd spent much of his investment banking career advising branded consumer product clients; raising over $1.4 billion in growth capital for clients and advising on M&A transactions totaling more than $10.5 billion in value. Hellmann will assume the role of CFO at Go Fast, and will also spearhead the Company's recently announced exploration of strategic alternatives after receiving several unsolicited offers to purchase the company.

Nauslar also brings to Go Fast substantial experience in building out distribution networks and cultivating retail channel accounts, which will be his primary focus as he assumes the role of VP of Sales and Distribution at Go Fast.
