BOULDER, Colo. (Aug. 14, 2007) – mix1, an all-natural protein & antioxidant drink, announced today the hiring of regional sales manager Brian Link, and a new partnership with American Eagle Distributing. Both announcements, along with the recent nationwide launch of mix1 at Whole Food Market, mark a significant growth period for the year-old Boulder brand.
 
Based in Loveland, Colo., AED is a Budweiser distributor that recently added its first non-alcoholic beverage set. Coined the “Better For You” segment of the business, mix1 is one of five new offerings.
