The 2008 Institute of Food Technologies Annual Meeting &
Food Expo will be held in New Orleans this year from June 28th – July 1st at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center. The show expects to
draw over 22,000 food industry professionals to address issues of scientific
research, technologies, new products, and consumer trends.
For the beverage scientists and formulators,
IFT is the major event of the year. Both an educational conference and a full
tradeshow, IFT attracts more than just the R&D crowd, including beverage
professionals in corporate management, purchasing, consulting, technical sales
and marketing roles. BevNET will be on the show floor meeting with flavor,
ingredient and beverage technology exhibitors.
BevNET’s coverage of this year’s
