Introducing Ginger Boost, an all natural, functional RTD beverage

New York (August 30, 2008) Ginger BoostTM , a start-up company located in New Hyde Park, NY launched a new beverage that is made from natural ginger extracted through a proprietary process, and blended with premium fruit juices, lightly sweetened with natural cane sugar. The outcome is a unique, exotic and delicious All Natural beverage, made from wholesome ingredients, that is rich in antioxidants and vitamins.

It is currently offered in two flavors, Ginger-Orange and Ginger-Mango. President Sheniza Abdul says that other tropical flavors will hit the market later this year. This beverage is bottled in 16oz PET bottles, 100 calories per serving.

Ginger has been used over centuries for its variety of health and medicinal benefits in Asian, Indian and Arab traditions. It is gaining recognition, increasingly, in the United States and has been the subject of a number of health-related articles. “Our entry into the market with this All Natural product gives us a unique position in the marketplace as there is currently no other product that is available in this form” says Ms. Abdul. “It is perfect for the consumer who is looking for a healthy beverage with great taste as well”, Ms. Abdul remarked.

Ginger has been used as a digestive aid for mild stomach upset and is commonly recommended by health care professionals to help prevent or treat nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness, pregnancy, and cancer chemotherapy. Ginger is used as support in inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, and may even be used in heart disease or cancer, as reported by the University of Maryland Medical Center.

The company’s mission is to promote healthy lifestyle through daily diet.
