IFT, Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) – Erases Doubts of Important Role of Traceability in the Global Food Chain Institute of Food Technologist’s Global Food Safety & Quality Conference at the Annual Meeting in Anaheim, CA, explored current and future challenges of traceability.



A panel discussion on tracability and food safety at this important conference drew contributors from academia, industry, and government. Jim Dar, Director of Technical and Manufacturing Services at Allen Flavors, was among the featured panelists.



More than 14,500 food professionals came to California to hear about the latest food science and technology developments, learn about the newest products and trends, and build stronger professional relationships.
