The terms of the Wilhelmina-Lifestyle partnership will include Wilhelmina’s direct involvement with TrimWater and Lifestyle’s other brands through promotion, public relations, and integrated marketing efforts. These efforts are expected to include television, print, and internet media platforms, as well as special events, castings and fashion shows. Wilhelmina and Lifestyle are currently working together to redesign the TrimWater packaging, which will feature the Wilhelmina logo, and aim to distribute the new bottles in the next 45 days.
In addition to obtaining an equity stake in Lifestyle, Wilhelmina will have the opportunity to increase such stake based on sales of co-branded beverages to be launched within the next 12 to 24 months, and will have a representative on Lifestyle’s Board of Directors.
