Andrea Gall-Krasnick, Founder and Owner of Aloha Friday Beverage Company, Inc., said, “I am absolutely thrilled that both of our intellectual properties came through. It took a few years, but it was worth the time and effort. I have to thank my patent, trademark, and FDA attorneys at Hogan Lovells, Washington DC, for their hard work, diligence, and patience as they presented and defended both my cases and won. Ms. Gall-Krasnick added, “I also have to thank Flavorman – the Beverage Architects®, based in Louisville KY, who were instrumental in all aspects of product development. I approached Flavorman in 2008 with the concept of Jet Lag Beverages™, the brand criteria, and a long list of ingredients. The Flavorman team narrowed the list down to ingredients that would work well together, developed the beverages, and continue to support Aloha Friday Beverages with its new beverage line.”
