BevNET Launches to Help Beverage Industry Newcomers Learn the Ropes

Beverage School, which will officially launches today, June 4, 2012, is an on-demand, video-based learning tool especially designed for newcomers to the beverage industry. Both beverage entrepreneurs and newly hired employees at established beverage companies will benefit from Beverage School’s video coverage of a wide range of vital and relevant topics, including flavors, packaging, financing strategies and investment, legal considerations, and marketing and branding.

“Over the past fifteen years, we’ve watched hundreds of beverage companies enter and leave the market,” says BevNET Founder and CEO John Craven. “Unfortunately, we’ve also seen many of these companies repeatedly fall victim to the same pitfalls. Beverage School was conceived out of a desire to give those who are new to the beverage world an affordable and accessible means to learn the ropes of the industry and hopefully avoid some of those common mistakes.”

At its launch, Beverage School will include access to over three hundred unique videos, spanning more than six hours. The content will consist of interviews with a dozen industry experts and footage from the last several sold-out BevNET Live conferences. At the time of this release, additional video segments were already in post-production, with plans to continually add new content. Subscribers to Beverage School will be able to access the video library as frequently as they wish, as long as their Beverage School subscriptions remain current. Monthly plans will start at $49 per user, with no contracts required.
