NY2O American Premium Water Names Luis Fonseca Area Manager Latin America

MIAMI, September 12, 2012 — Luis Fonseca of Miami, has been appointed Area Manager Latin America and the Caribbean for NY2O, America’s premium bottled water from New York, it was announced today by Elias Slubski, President, NY2O.Fonseca will be responsible for building NY2O business throughout selected Latin American and Caribbean countries as well as supporting the premium water’s growth in the South Florida region. He will also be helping to train South Florida regional NY2O sales representatives.

“Luis Fonseca comes to NY2O with a strong background in on-premise sales and management having owned and operated the ‘White Room,’ a popular Miami night club that won awards for its special events and musical programming,” said Slubski. His experience and knowledge of event marketing, staff management as well as the beverage trade in South Florida will genuinely boost NY2O’s capability of expanding market share and building brand image in the region.”

In addition to owning and running the ‘White Room’ for four years, Fonseca has worked in real estate and in the managing of franchised dealers of heavy construction equipment in Latin America. He also founded an animation and digital design company, Boxhead Animation, which served such clients as Gloria Estefan, the Disney Channel, the Discovery Channel and Brandsmart USA. He attended Christopher Columbus High School in Miami and later obtained a B.A. degree in international relations from Florida International University. During his junior year of college, he was an exchange student at the University of Costa Rica. He enjoys travel, movies, music and, especially, fishing.
