B’more Organic will bring their fat-free, gluten-free, high-protein smoothies, recently awarded one of Delicious Living’s “Best Bite of 2014,” to over 100 new locations in the region including Whole Foods Markets, Safeway supermarkets as well as Independent stores. Distribution to Safeway supermarkets will be handled by Greenshoots, an elite employee-owned refrigerated DSD distributor. They are strictly focused by Class of Trade, Market Coverage, Brand Partners and Key Customers, allowing them to build brands and drive success quickly. B’more Organic new store expansion includes:
- 34 additional Mid-Atlantic Whole Foods Markets in Northern Virginia, District of Columbia., Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and parts of Kentucky.
- 50 Safeway supermarkets in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia
- 25 Independent markets in Northern Virginia, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York
