KeVita Hosts ‘Live Kulture’ Event in New York City

KEVITAVENTURA COUNTY, Calif. — KeVita Sparkling Probiotic Drinks – one of the fastest growing brands in the functional beverage category – hosted its first “Live Kulture” event in New York City, New York. From the art to the food to the music to the drink – every event element was (literally) full of life with live performances and live probiotic cultures.

The event featured an art exhibit by famed artist, Alexa Meade, who showcased a painted model set against a vibrant backdrop inspired by the sense of vitality. The upper right hand corner of the exhibit included the KeVita signature heart, which can be found on the bottom of every bottle. Guests in attendance were able to interact with the exhibit.

KeVita Marketing Vice President, Bill Lange, guided guests – with custom tasting flutes – through a sampling of KeVita Sparkling Probiotic Drinks and a brand new line of KeVita Master Brew Kombuchas. A signature healthy KeVita cocktail, called the Hibiscus Gin Fizz was also served.

“With this event we really wanted to underscore the living aspect of KeVita’s key probiotic ingredients,” stated Lange. “Live Kulture shares our brand philosophy of embracing wellness and savoring healthy choices. When you feel good you can better enjoy the finer things in life, like original music, inspired art and great food.”

Renowned vegan chef, Jay Astafa, prepared a “living” menu of foods with live cultures, including mini kimchi beet burgers with sriracha mayo; mini hearts of palm tacos with lima creme, and mushroom “scallop” crudo with smoked celeriac, green apple, black truffle vinaigrette; and cashew milk mozzarella pops served on wheatgrass, amongst other delectable living dishes.

One of the hottest names in the New York music scene, up-and-comer, Aly Spaltroof Lady Lamb the Beekeeper, captivated guests with her set of original songs.

Even the centerpieces were alive, as hurricane centerpieces featured the living non-dairy kefir crystals that comprise the base of KeVita’s proprietary probiotic formula.

KeVita Sparkling Probiotic Drink flavors include coconut, strawberry acai coconut, mango coconut, pomegranate, lemon ginger, mojita, lemon cayenne, blueberry cherry, hibiscus berry, tangerine, as well as the NEW apple kale and pineapple coconut flavors.
