About Project Juice

Project Juice® is a San Francisco based company founded in 2012 with a mission to bring the benefits and convenience of organic, cold-pressed juice to the Bay Area. Crafted using locally sourced, organic ingredients, Project Juice currently offers over 20 varieties of cold-pressed juices and nut mylks available individually at their retail outlets and through 1-, 3-, and 5-day cleanses and juice packs at retail and online.  Project Juice utilizes the cold-pressed method for 100% of its juices. “Cold-Pressed,” a term often associated with high-quality olive oils, is a gentle extraction process that minimizes the amount of heat and oxygen that the juice is exposed to, in turn maximizing shelf life and nutritional density.

Project Juice is currently available nationwide with purchase online, at their Mission, Crocker Galleria, Polk Street, and Palo Alto locations, and through select retail partners including Artis Coffee Roasters in Berkeley, The Station SF and Pip-to-Go in the Jackson Square district of San Francisco.
