Comedians, musicians, celebrities, cast and crew will be able to reach for Coco Libre during buildout and rehearsals, in green rooms and backstage during the broadcast. The special will feature superstar presenters, original sketch comedy, film parodies and A-list musical performances while also highlighting the poverty-related issues for which Red Nose Day is raising funds.

Red Nose Day was founded in 1998 and is the UK’s premiere live comedy benefit. Red Nose Day USA debuts in 2015 and is an opportunity for people to get together and do something funny for money at home, school and work. Walgreens is the exclusive retailer of the emblematic noses in the US, for $1 each, with proceeds contributed to the Red Nose Day Fund.

“Our cast and crew want drinks that taste great but they have to be healthy, too. Coco Libre, being organic and with no added sugar, fits the bill” said Derek Browell from Red Nose Team.

“We’re excited to be there as this great British tradition makes its debut in the US. And we’re proud to play our part in what we know will be a successful event,” said John Campbell, Coco Libre Director of Marketing.

Red Nose Day USA is run by Comic Relief Inc., an independent sister organization of Comic Relief UK. Comic Relief Inc. and Comic Relief UK are related through their shared vision of a just world free from poverty and their common mission to effect positive change through the power of entertainment.
