Red Bull Launches ‘Destiny’ Four-Pack at Walmart

can-190x320Santa Monica, CA – September 10, 2015 Beginning today, custom designed Red Bull 4-packs featuring Destiny and eSports athlete Michael “Flamesword” Chaves are available exclusively at Walmart in the United States and Canada. In preparation for the September 15th launch of Destiny: The Taken King which includes the “Red Bull Quest”, the limited edition 4-pack offers players 6 “Focused Light” consumables which provide a Bonus XP buff increasing experience gained for 30 minutes.

The epic new quest in DestinyThe Taken King is an exclusive* in-game experience created in collaboration with Activision, Bungie and Red Bull. The partnership began with the launch of Destiny in 2014, and included a web series, integration into Destiny’s Planet View experience and college campus programs. Most recently, an event hosted by Bungie’s DeeJ and Lars Bakken showcased the new PvP mode “Rift” in a live exhibition with Flamesword and top Destiny community players facing off. “Rift” is one of the new Crucible modes available to players in Destiny: The Taken King.
