Philadelphia, PA – April 9, 2015 – Sipp Eco Beverage Co., creators of Sipp Sparkling Organics are pleased to announce that their line of organic beverages have been chosen as a recipient of the 2015 Food & Beverage Innovations Award, presented by the National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show. The FABI Award recognizes food and beverage products that bring innovation, creativity, and marketability to the restaurant industry.
An independent panel of experts, representing a variety of both commercial and non-commercial industry segments, chose recipients of the award based on their benefits to restaurant owners and operators as well as the end consumer. The innovations selected will be showcased at the National Restaurant Association Show on May 16-19 at Chicago’s McCormick Place.
Sipp Eco Beverage Co.’s CEO and mixologist Beth Wilson-Parentice created Sipp Sparkling Organics in 2009 from her home kitchen as part of an eco-entertaining cocktail catering business. Sipp is a lightly carbonated, non-alcoholic beverage made without preservatives, artificial flavors, or coloring. Combining layers of certified organic fruits and herbs in every bottle, the beverage company currently produces four innovative flavors.
“We are honored to be a recipient of the 2015 FABI Award,” said Wilson-Parentice. We are proud that Sipp is one of a few select brands to receive this prestigious award by an esteemed panel of judges. As more and more restaurants offer natural and organic food items, it only makes sense to include beverages with similar integrity and innovation on the menu. Sipp was created with food pairing in mind and therefore compliments a variety of spices and flavors, making restaurants the perfect place for consumers to discover and enjoy our beverages.
Recommended as a “better-for-you” soda alternative or cocktail mixer, Sipp can be found in stores and restaurants across the country, including Whole Foods, Cost Plus World Market, Wegmans, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Luna Grill, Le Pain Quotidien, Balducci’s, Kings, and many more.
Sipp was also a recipient of Beverage World Magazine’s 2013 Global Packaging Silver Award as well as Beverage World’s 2011 BevStar Award for “Best in Show” and their “Gold“ Award in the carbonated soft drink category.
