Certainly, gourmet and specialty food products continue to be the mainstay attraction for the Fancy Food Show. However, the number of beverage exhibitors at the show has steadily risen in recent years, with a significant jump in brands from emerging categories, particularly at this year’s winter and summer editions. Having traversed across the gargantuan space at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City, it’s clear that the 2015 Summer Fancy Food Show was also a boon for cocktail mixer brands — most of the craft, artisanal variety — with first-time exhibitors hailing from cities from across the U.S.
In this photo gallery, we feature a range of new exhibitors, brands, products and design revamps that we encountered at the show, as culled from our Instagram feed.
