Sap on Tap Maple Water Enters Whole Foods’ Pacific Northwest Region

original_bottle2_largeNEW YORK, May 12, 2016 —  Sap on Tap, a premium fresh maple water, is proud to announce the following stores have now joined their growing forest of retail chains:

  • All Whole Foods stores in the Pacific Northwest Region
  • NY Based Online Retailer Fresh Direct
  • Giant Eagle locations

Sap on Tap produces all of their own maple water using a proprietary manufacturing process – ensuring its consumers experience exactly how real maple sap should taste.  Tapped straight from the tree and minimally processed, Sap on Tap is family-owned and produced locally in upstate New York.  All of Sap on Tap’s products are vegan, non-GMO, and certified organic.

The Sap on Tap line consists of three great flavors: Original, Ginger Lime, and Yerba Mate.

“We are thrilled to expand our distribution. These new accounts will help put Sap on Tap within reach to millions of customers who will now be able to enjoy maple water for the first time,” said Cyrus Schwartz, Sap on Tap’s CEO.

Sap on Tap’s mission is to provide their consumers with a low-sugar, domestic alternative to coconut water that boasts a much smaller carbon footprint and less polarizing flavor.  With twice the manganese as a cup of kale, and approximately half as much sugar as coconut water, maple water is quickly becoming a go-to source for consumers seeking natural hydration.
